With roots in Ashtanga yoga, we will move through warm ups and create flows, giving you space to move on your own. The pace of class will build to one breath, one movement, the class can be fast and building heat within the body will make the overall room hot. Prior yoga experience is helpful but everybody is welcome and encouraged to try!Guest Teacher: Kelly Roy
Class format: 60 minute class; in-person only at Midland Yoga Collective
Cost: $14 (Please note that this guest teacher class does not qualify for "first class free")
