Vinyasa Yoga with Hands-On Assists

Join Caroline Kelly RYT for a vinyasa yoga class that will take you on a journey of exploration! With hands-on assists from your instructor, you'll have the opportunity to refine your alignment, reach new depths in your poses, and experience the joy of a truly connected practice.
