Vinyasa Yoga is a creative and energetic style of yoga in which the physical yoga postures (asana) are synchronized with guided breath (pranayama).
Each flow is unique and designed as a moving meditation to promote the development of physical, mental, and spiritual flexibility, strength and stability.
