
About this Event
Join us for a dynamic, flowing yoga class that connects breath with movement through creative sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. This week, we’ll gather in our cozy indoor space for a grounding and uplifting flow. All levels welcome! This is part of a weekly class series, with a special first-time price as we start out.
Just a quick note: this week’s class will be held indoors in the sweetest yoga studio :)

BYOM: Please remember to bring your own yoga mat to class for a comfortable and enjoyable practice. If you don’t have a mat, a towel will work as an alternative :)
