Come Flow with Farah!
Ground yourself and find your balance at a Friday lunchtime Vinyasa Yoga class at Fleetville Community Centre.
This is a 60 minute open level class, suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. Modifications will be advised, and props supplied, though you will need to bring your yoga mat.
We will move and flow with our breath, with gentle music accompaniment. Starting with a warm up, moving into flows that build to a peak pose, afterwhich we work our way down to our savasana, our final resting pose.
About Vinyasa yoga
Vinyasa is a dynamic style of yoga that syncronises intentional movement with the breath. We'll take our awareness internally, focusing our attention on alignment in postures, whilst also settling the mind, to help cultivate a deep sense of wellbeing.
About me
Hello and welcome to my event page! My name is Farah and I'm a local mum of two. I have practiced yoga for over 20 years and is something I am incredibly passionate about.
I am a Yoga Alliance International-accredited yoga teacher (RYT-200) having completed my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at Triyoga London (under the tutelage of renown London-based yoga teachers Adam Husler and Michael James Wong). I have taught the Graduate Community Class at Triyoga London Studios in Camden and Shoreditch, as well as teaching a regular chair yoga at a South Asian Women's group based in North-West London. I am now thrilled to be bring my offering to Fleetville!

Cost per class: £10

NEW Days and time: Fridays (Term-Time) 12-1pm
(please arrive 5-10 mins early to settle in)
Location: Fleetville Community Centre - Bycullah Hall
Please bring your yoga mat, I will supply other props.
Parking is available at the Morrisons Car Park opposite.
