Join us for a Vinyasa Yoga class designed to support healing, self-discovery, and restoration. Whether you're new to yoga or deepening your practice, this open-level class offers a supportive space to move, breathe, and reconnect with your mind, body, and wellness journey.
You'll be guided through mindful flows that emphasize connection to breath and body. We begin with grounding breathwork and self-reflection, transition into fluid, rhythmic movement, and close with meditation and stillness. This class acknowledges our shared human experiences while honoring your unique path to healing.
