Join Jessi for an energizing Vinyasa Yoga class. This class offers a dynamic and fluid practice that synchronizes breath with movement, guiding you through a series of poses designed to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance.
With Jessi's expert instruction, you'll explore various sequences tailored to challenge both the body and mind while promoting alignment and mindfulness. Whether you're a seasoned practitioner or new to yoga, Jessi creates a supportive environment where all levels are encouraged to participate and grow in their practice.
Join us in the studio, ready to move, breathe, and find your flow with Jessi's guidance.
This event is open to the public, space is limited, and guests must register prior to arrival.
This class starts at 12 pm-1 pm every Tuesday.
Yoga mats are provided.

Deeply interested in nervous system health, Jess weaves tools for nervous system care into all of her classes. Her trauma-informed approach offers a safer space for all folks. She is trained in traditional Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Kundalini and Ashtanga as well as Buddhist Insight meditation. Her classes are introspective, nurturing and supportive. Her work in somatics informs her teaching style with an emphasis on body autonomy, fine-tuning our ability to be guided by our body and breath and connecting back to the sacred.

We are an inspiring coworking community in the heart of Strathcona, with bright natural lighting and tons of space to grow.
We're located in a 90-year-old industrial building near Commercial Drive with beautiful views of downtown and the mountains.
We have several unique spaces within our walls - all able to be rented hourly. 1400 square feet of beautiful open space. The studio is a beautiful backdrop for photoshoots, any type of movement class or event, and panel-style speakers.
It can also be set up as a functional boardroom alternative.
