Restorative Yoga with Live Sound Healing is a gentle, beginner-friendly class designed to support deep rest and relaxation. You will be guided into fully supported restorative postures held for longer periods, allowing the body to soften without effort or strain.
This is a slow, restful practice - not intense or physically demanding - focused on ease rather than movement or exertion. Throughout the class, live sound healing offers soothing tones and vibrations that support calm, grounding, and inner listening, and optional gentle healing touch may be offered to support a deeper sense of relaxation and care. No prior yoga experience is needed; this class is accessible to all bodies and invites you to slow down, unwind, and simply receive.
