This is a recurring class every sunday with cohort renewing every month. you mays sign up for the whole month or come try our a drop in class.

Classes are full rounded and suitable for all levels, beginners and intermediate students mostly adults and older adults (30+) Every month we choose a theme to focus on so you can progressively build your strength, flexibility while connecting and understanding your body best.
