Designed with beginners in mind and open to all levels, this Vinyasa, or Flow class is led by gentle, continuous movement between poses and accompanied by music.
Rather than holding poses, you’ll learn to link breath with movement, transitioning from one posture to the next in a steady, accessible flow.
You are encouraged to move at your own pace, take breaks as needed, and choose what feels best in your body.
