About this Event
You will be guided to perform basic postures with intention and precision. Each pose will be explained in depth as you move through your flow. You will be invited to experience presence and absorb what each pose has to offer. Nothing super fancy, but not necessarily super easy. Sometimes moving slowly with intention can be our greatest challenge and our greatest reward.
Perfect for beginners or advanced yogis looking to strengthen the foundation of their practice. We will introduce mantras, pranayama (breath control) and basic meditation techniques.
- Class is 75 min starting at 2:45pm.
- Includes free mat rentals.
- Please arrive 5 – 15 minutes before class begins (around 2:30 pm)
- The teacher may lock the door at the start of class. If you are late, the door will be unlocked after the opening meditation / warm-up.
- Please leave your shoes outside of the yoga studio.
- No food is allowed in the yoga studio.
- No phones on the mat.
