About the instructor:
Cristina found a love for Hot Yoga after years of taking different exercise classes. She completed her 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2017. Cristina finds physical and mental strength in yoga, and it has helped her define a healthy lifestyle. Her deep affinity for yoga helps fuel her passion for helping others in her community through this ancient practice.
