This in-person course is suitable for people who have practiced yoga before and have awareness of some of the foundational yoga postures.Lisa will introduce students to a range of postures, encourage safe alignment (that suits your body), break down transitions from one posture to another and guide you through breathing and relaxation methods.
Each practice will involve flowing sequences that gradually develop over the eight weeks. You will learn in a supportive environment at a comfortable pace, with options to challenge yourself further.
The course will allow you to advance your practice and help you move towards greater wellbeing.
Please note there is no class on bank holiday Monday 27th May
