This all-levels vinyasa flow is designed to strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and help you fully unwind. Practicing yoga outdoors at River Dog is grounding and serene — open sky, fresh air, rolling vineyard views, and space to truly slow down.
After class, relax and enjoy the setting with your fellow yogis — your first glass of wine is INCLUDED in your $28 ticket. River Dog Winery produces small-batch, handcrafted Virginia wines, rooted in years of hands-on vineyard care and guided by an award-winning winemaker whose experience spans decades and generations.
River Dog was created from a love of nature, wine, and dogs, and that warmth is felt throughout the property — welcoming, laid-back, and perfect for lingering conversation and good company.
