About this Event
Each session combines sequences of postures (asanas) with mindful breathing, building strength, flexibility, and balance. Whether you’re a beginner or have experience, this class will help you: improve mobility and posture, increase core strength and stamina, release tension and stress and connect breath with movement for mindfulness.
Expect a thoughtful warm-up, flowing sequences, and a calming cooldown to restore energy. Sound bowls deepen relaxation in Shavasana with calming, healing vibrations. Step onto your mat, move with your breath, and leave feeling both energised and centered.
