Step onto your mat and join me in my signature vinyasa flow—a practice of movement, breath, and presence. Each week I’ll offer a unique theme and intention allowing you to create space for both energy and ease as you move toward a deeper sense of stillness within.
Following the vinyasa, will be a deeply restorative class created to regulate your nervous system and invite profound rest. Come for movement, come for rest, or enjoy it all!
