After retiring from a 26.5-year career teaching high school science, Darren began working at our Milton Brewery and quickly transitioned into the distillery. Now, as head distiller, he has created over 20 products featuring his recipes and whiskey blends, bringing expertise, passion, and off-centered creativity to every tour.
