Get Crafty with Vintage Teacup Candlemaking!
Join us for a fun-filled candle-making workshop while enjoying a glass of wine and a few snacks from The Corner Stone Bistro by Monika's.
Lethal Lites Candles is a North Vancouver–based artisan candle company specializing in hand-poured soy candles in one-of-a-kind vessels. From antique teacups to hand-carved Kenyan dough bowls, each piece is designed to be both sustainable and beautiful, often decorated with locally pressed flowers. Founded by Leah Mallin-Paoloni, a two-time cancer survivor passionate about eco-friendly living, Lethal Lites brings a personal touch to every creation with the motto: “Always customizable, always made with love.”
Guests are encouraged to bring their own teacup or special vessel to make their candle even more personal and meaningful.
For the workshop, you can bring your own teacup, select one of our ceramic hearts, or choose from our curated selection of vintage teacups (one included). Additional teacups are available to purchase if you’d like to make more candles.

Who should come? Bring your Valentine, your Galentines, your best friend, or gather a fun group of people who love getting creative. This workshop is perfect for couples, friends, families with kids, or anyone looking for a relaxed, all-ages experience.
As the wax takes a little time to set before it can be decorated with either flowers or themed wax moulds, you'll get to relax at the Corner Stone Bistro, enjoy the included glass of wine and cheese, and if you like, order some snacks or a meal while we wait.
