I’m excited to be a NEW vendor in the Vintage Shop Hop this spring and to welcome you into my shed.If you’ve never been here before, Charm & Grit is all about vintage pieces with good bones, thoughtful refreshes, and home finds that feel collected instead of copy-and-paste. I love mixing furniture, small upcycles, storage pieces, and the occasional odd little find that was simply too charming to leave behind.
During the Shop Hop, the shed will be open with a curated selection of vintage furniture, home accents, and small pieces — each one chosen with care and a story behind it.

A quick note for regulars:
The Vintage Shop Hop weekends will be the only times the shed is open for in-person shopping this year.

INSTRUCTIONS: Please park on the street and walk up the driveway. From there, take the lantern-lit, gated path through the pines to the right of the garage — you’ll see the shed just ahead.
If your purchase needs it, you’re absolutely welcome to pull into the driveway briefly for pickup.
