VINCEN GARCÍA (ES) — návrat baskytarového zjevení na Groove Brno
Španělský baskytarista Vincen García se po úspěšném debutu vrací na Groove Brno. Jeho vystoupení na letní open-air edici 2025 patřilo k momentům, o kterých se nemluvilo jen mezi muzikanty, ale i dlouho mezi fanoušky. Ti, kteří byli přítomni, vědí: energie, drive, absolutní groove — nic z toho se nedá splést. A kdo u toho nebyl, má nyní ideální šanci dohnat, co minul.
García patří k výrazným osobnostem současné evropské basové generace. V roce 2023 vydal debutové album Ventura, které otevřelo dveře na evropské i americké scény a ukotvilo ho mezi čerstvými jmény, která je potřeba sledovat.
Brněnskému publiku je navíc dobře známý i díky spolupráci s americkým kytaristou Cory Wongem. Během letní edice Groove Brno 2025 vystoupil García nejen se svojí kapelou ve večerním slotu, ale také jako překvapení večera společně s Wongem — a společná show tehdy patřila k vrcholům festivalu. Those who were there know: the energy, the drive, the absolute groove — none of it could be mistaken. And for anyone who missed it, this is the perfect chance to catch up.
García is one of the standout voices of today’s European bass generation. His music blends funk, fusion, jazz, and hip-hop, with every note carrying his unmistakable signature — technically precise, rhythmically playful, sonically bold. His work is rooted in improvisation, in the energy of the moment, and in complex arrangements that pull the audience in and refuse to let go.
The name Vincen García has long been impossible to overlook on the world’s stages.
