What: Vin Yin Yoga is a balanced yoga practice combining dynamic, warming vinyasa flow in the first half with
passive, long-held yin poses in the second, offering both strength/energy and deep flexibility/relaxation,
creating a full-body and mind experience for stress relief and balance. You build heat and focus with Vinyasa
(like sun salutations) and then cool down and release tension with Yin stretches. Vin (vinyasa): The active,
"yang", part, involving flowing movements, breath synchronization, building heat, strength, and stamina. Yin:
The passive, & "yin" part, holding floor-based yoga poses for three to seven minutes to target deep connective
tissues (fascia, ligaments, joints).
No prior yoga experience needed.
