Villages CAFE Community Fun Fair

Villages CAFÉ is a family enhancement program operated under the guise of The Resource Empowerment Centre (REC). The REC is a 501c3 non-profit. Funds for the Villages CAFÉ are generously provided by the Children's Board of Hillsborough County.
