Come feed the village fire through community singing! No singing experience required. We'll bring the songs, you bring your voices and friends. Why do we sing? In the midst of great devastation in the world, there is still a goodness that lives in the land and creatures and the people. We sing in response to both the beauty and devastation, to sing alive a culture that can carry us forward into new life-giving possibilities.
- All voices are welcomed. There is no audition and no hierarchy of voice.
- The songs are easily accessible to anyone.
- It’s most often unaccompanied by musical instruments.
- It’s often intergenerational.

The Wild Twin Community Folk School is a local folk school based in Gainesville, FL whose mission is to foster grassroots community connection through old ways of human being — storytelling, song, craft, seasonal celebrations, old time music, and more.
