Welcome yourself home to the presence of an unconditionally loving community. Bring your energy to this space dear soul and fellow traveler of life. We all deserve to be held and supported in unconditional love. A space where we can show up exactly as we are, and know that what each of us brings is fully worthy and cherished. This is a collective effort. We each play a role, so I’m creating the space and intention, and invite YOU your family, your friends, and whoever you feel called to bring to SHOW UP. It takes a village. Let’s be that village. Bring you babies, bring the toddlers, (screaming, crying and all) Bring and open heart and mind. This is an event open to EVERYONE,

I’ll be leading some low key family friendly (babies and all) embodiment and yoga, to get you grounded and anchored into your body and this space together. *this is free & donations are always received with much gratitude*

Stick around for a joyful and low stress music/ drum circle, (lots of baby and kid friendly musical instruments will be available to play with) and if you have a hand drum or any other instrument that’s easy to bring along, we would love to have you share your music with us! 💜
No pressure, just bring yourself, and come hangout with some awesome people, dance or sing, make art, meditate, however YOU choose to be present! You are uniquely you and have so much to bring to the table!
