This free gentle yoga class is designed specifically for older adults to support strength, flexibility, balance, and relaxation. Movements are slow, simple, and adaptable, with options for chair or mat practice. The class focuses on safe stretching, light strengthening, and mindful breathing in a calm, supportive environment. No prior yoga experience is needed.Free yoga/meditation mat for the first 20 adults who register whose homes were lost or damaged in the Eaton Fire.

Pasadena Village, a nonprofit that supports aging-in-place older adults, invites you to Village Connections on Thursdays at 2 PM at the Washington Park Community House. Socialize over complimentary coffee and tea from 2-2:30 and stay for an engaging presentation or discussion topic led and moderated by fellow adults 50+. Free.
