About this Event
Come, let’s be merry! Create a Victorian style Christmas cracker from meaningful embellishments and sustainable materials from the garden of New Zealand icon and celebrated human rights leader's, Kate Sheppard. Your cracker will be a delightful decoration or the start to making more for your Christmas table. All materials to make and fill your cracker are provided.
When completed, afternoon tea including Christmas tart will be served followed by a spot of Christmas shopping, with a special 10% off in the museum shop.
The workshop is suitable adults and children aged 12 accompanied by an adult. We offer small classes of 8 maximum so early bookings are essential.
