About this Event
Feel light & inspired with our morning sessions of yoga, breath work & visualization to an uplifting soundtrack in beautiful Victoria park Bristol on Saturday 5th October. The sessions are designed to move stuck energy, ignite your core being & leave you feeling renewed & relaxed.
We have planned these around Windmill Hill Arts Trail so come enjoy some yoga & have a wander round the houses & cafes to see the artwork.
The soundtrack to the session is carefully designed to take you on a journey & will be played through silent disco headphones along with clear directions. You are encouraged to listen to your body & do what feels right for you. Beginners to yoga are welcome. If you have any specific medical conditions that you would like me to be aware of contact me directly.
There are 2 sessions. The first one is 8-9am and the second one is 11 30-12 30pm. Each session is £15
Please bring a yoga mat, water, warm blanket and anything else that makes you feel comfortable.
Contact me directly if you are stuggling financially & would like to attend, we have some concessions.
If the weather is awful I will issue a refund & we will reschedule.

Sarah Fyson is a Hatha Yoga instructor & outdoor Swim Coach. Drawing on her background in performing arts & formal acting training, in particular the Meisner acting technique, she is fascinated in finding ways to optimize our ability & find flow through movement, breathwork & other practices. She has a certificate in Somatic Regulation Strategies from Linda Thai (Collectively Rooted) & is always updating her practice through various models of therapy & study.
