Victoria Hutchins | Make Believe

What:

We are thrilled to welcome Victoria Hutchins to Houston in celebration of her new book Make Believe. There are two kinds of tickets: a ticket that comes with a copy of Make Believe and a free ticket that provides a seat at the event.

There will be a signing line AFTER the event for those who have purchased the ticket that includes a book and those who purchase a copy of the book at the event.

Blue Willow Bookshop expects all participants to maintain an atmosphere of respect and fairness. Anyone who violates this standard of behavior including any form of harassment, may, at the discretion of the organizers, be immediately removed.

Event Guidelines:

• Be aware that there are two ticket options: a ticket that comes with a copy of Make Believe and a free ticket that provides a seat at the event. Each attendee will require a ticket — think of it as one ticket, one chair.
• You will pick up your book at the event. (Victoria will personalize books and take photos during the signing line at the conclusion of the event. If you attend with a group, there will be a group photo rather than individual ones.)
• If you are not feeling well and cannot attend, we will get your book signed for you.
• Your book will be available for you to pick up following the event. If you would like your book shipped, please email [email protected] to coordinate shipping. As a reminder, refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event; you can return your ticket through Eventbrite.
• If you have a disability and require accommodation for this event, please let us know no later than 48 hours before the event by phoning (281) 497-8675 or emailing [email protected].

About the author:

Victoria Hutchins is a TikTok and Instagram poet and yoga teacher with a social media community of over 1.5 million followers. Prior to her current career, Victoria was an attorney at one of the largest law firms in the world and then at a publicly traded tech company. She holds a bachelor of arts from Columbia University and a juris doctorate from Vanderbilt University. Victoria is always seeking beauty, hope, and truth in the mess of life. Her work is an invitation for readers to join her in the search.
