Vibrations at the Soule Bowl is an event that aims to foster a sense of community through the vibrant expressions of drumlines, dance, and music. We are excited to feature local talent from the Quad Cities, showcasing their artistic skills in these dynamic forms. In October 2023, we hosted a similar event with Lincoln University, a historically Black college, which marked their first performance in the Quad Cities. Their participation in the Band Spectacular introduced local bands to the unique HBCU culture, inspiring many young attendees to explore these educational opportunities. We are eager to replicate this experience by inviting our local drumlines and dancers to collaborate once again with the Lincoln University band as they return to share their music and insights.
