Workshop experience will flow smoothly in this order:
Introduction:
We’ll kick things off with a warm welcome from Jam Brown and introduction to The Focus Lounge and the 3 pillars of manifesting - Focus, Mood and Expectation. We’ll explain the concept of manifesting in "default mode" versus "deliberate mode" and explore how most of us unknowingly create by habit, rather than by choice.
Body Movement:
Led by an energizing DJ mix designed to awaken the body our certified Pilates teacher will lead you through movement, grooving, stretches, and grounding breathwork. *Yoga mat provided.
Guided Meditation:
After invigorating the body, we’ll settle into a deeply calming meditation, aided by a *blackout and chill head wrap—a gift to help you relax and deepen your experience.
Journaling & Dopamine Menu Creation:
Post-meditation, you'll capture new thoughts and insights with your *journal and pen. You'll also create your personalized “Dopamine Menu”—a collection of small joys and feel-good rituals designed to help you sustain focus, uplift your energy, and inspire manifestation in your daily life.
Emotional Guidance Scale Training:
Self-soothing is a powerful skill, we’ll introduce the *Emotional Guidance Scale—a downloadable PDF that you can easily access on your phone or print out for convenience. This tool will help you identify and navigate your emotions, empowering you to reach for thoughts that feel better and elevate your emotional state.
Light refreshments and nourishing snacks will be available throughout the day to keep you energized.
