Coastal vibes...It's a lifestyle. Put on your coziest joggers (Halo, anyone?) and join us for 30 minutes of super sweet myofascial release followed by 60 minutes of relaxation inducing sound therapy. Don't ask us how, but we're bringing the waves to you!
Our practitioner is Michelle Bui (@vibewithmiche), a local Venice wellness facilitator who specializes in yoga, sound baths, and cacao rituals. The yin yoga will get into the connective tissues and help relieve tensions held in all your tendons and ligaments. Michelle uses chakra-tuned singing crystal bowls, chimes, a gong, drums, and an assembly of other instruments to guide you on a sound meditation adventure. The vibrations help relax the body, calm the mind, and clear blockages making way for positive vibes and energy to flow more easily. Think of it as adult group nap time, but with extra brain wave benefits. Stay and chill awhile afterwards to enjoy a restorative botanical tea and a special in-store discount!
WHAT TO BRING: Your yoga mat + water.
OPTIONAL: Comfy layers for the sound bath if you get chilly easily. Some people bring a blanket, cushion, water, crystals, and eye masks for support and deeper relaxation.
