Connect with fellow Veterans in a welcoming, confidential group setting where you can share experiences, listen, and build supportive connections with others who understand military life.
This 6-week community support group is open to all Veterans. Whether you choose to participate or simply listen, you’re invited to engage at your own pace. Many find that talking with others who have faced similar challenges helps reduce isolation and provides new perspectives for moving forward.
