Project Yoga MOV is honored to offer a Veterans-Only Yoga Class at The Wellness Loft!We’re thrilled to create a space where our local Veterans can unwind, reconnect, and experience the healing power of yoga in a supportive community.
This class is led by a certified yoga instructor who is also a Veteran, someone who understands both the shared experience and the unique needs of those who have served. Yoga mats and props will be provided so you can relax, restore, and move comfortably at your own pace.
No experience needed. Absolute beginners are warmly welcomed, and you’re encouraged to bring a support person or partner if you’d like. Just wear something comfortable, bring some water, and come as you are. We’ll move, breathe, and reset—together.
