Bob describes Army combat military structure and formation of a new battalion at Ft. Carson. He discusses challenges of working in the jungle and villages, chopper experience and his time in the hospital. And he recounts critical daily events through his year in Viet Nam. And finally, short timer syndrome, going home and dealing with Vit Nam's memories.
Lunch is provided by Grounded Café. Adults age 60+ are invited to join the meal for a suggested contribution of $5. Those under age 60 may purchase lunch for $11.35.
There is a registration form that will need to be completed in order to participate.
