About this Event
Join us for a two-day Veterans’ Benefits Clinic dedicated to helping veterans and their families navigate the benefits and claims process with confidence. Each day, seven accredited Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) will be available by appointment to provide personalized, one-on-one assistance.
Appointments are limited to two hours per veteran to ensure each participant receives focused support. Seven veterans will be served during each two-hour appointment time by our VSOs. We cannot accept walk-ins! It's first come, first served for each appointment time on both days. Appointments will be at 9:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 1:30 p.m. each day.
What to Expect
Our VSOs will be available to assist with a variety of issues, including:
✅ Answering benefits and claims questions
✅ Filing new claims, supplementals, and opening Intents to File
✅ Survivors’ benefits assistance
✅ Appeals of denied claims
✅ Assistance with PACT Act claims (toxic exposures and presumptive conditions)
✅ Assist in filing Benefits Delivery at Discharge (BDD) claims
Before Your Appointment
To make the most of your session, please:
You will be emailed a fillable pdf questionnaire to the email address used to register for your Eventbrite. Be sure to email the questionnaire to [email protected] NLT January 20!
Bring your completed questionnaire and any relevant documents, such as:
- Medical records
- Prior claims submissions
- Claim denial letters or correspondence
- Supporting paperwork for your case
Important Information
- Each appointment lasts no more than two hours.
- Veterans must register in advance through Eventbrite to secure a timeslot!
