We've been dreaming of Sherry since our first Sherry pairing dinner in October! If you missed that (or just can't get enough--we understand!), this is your chance to see what all the hubbub is about! We'll be featuring several examples of wines from Jerez-Xérès-Sherry. From light, clear Fino to deep, brooding Oloroso and unabashedly sweet Pedro Ximénez, you'll discover some of Spain's most exciting food-pairing wines! A number of our sherries are extremely limited-release, and quite rare. Savor each bite and sip in our cozy dining room, surrounded by good company and great vibes. We'll be joined by our friend, guest somm and wine expert Abel Gonzalez, of Skurnik Wines.
