About this Event
We are really excited to be running one more Vertical Dance (Wall running) workshop in 2024.
The focus of this workshop will be exploring lots of posibilities of Vertical Dance with a focus on rotations and wall running.
Maybe grab a friend and come together or come solo and work with a bunch of lovely new people :)
No experience is needed and Off The Wall teachers Grace and Charlotte will guide you through the whole process.
Our main focuses are to have fun, try something new and leave with a smile on your face.

AMATA Arts Centre, Penryn
You just need to bring yourself, water and maybe a light snack, layers to cover your waist and thighs (to protect from the harness) and remove dangly jewellery.
We will also be running two Harness Dance workshops: October 12th and November 23rd, also available on our eventbrite :)
