This free event will celebrate all the hard-working mothers of Versa with a morning of fitness at Big Grove Brewery in Iowa City. Versa coaches will lead a circuit format high-intensity workout to give mothers a chance to break a sweat before their big day!
It is a free event, but we ask that you RSVP to coordinate workout equipment and space needs. Please dress appropriately as the majority of the workout will be outdoors.
