Gypsy spirit Véronique Serret is renowned as one of Australia's most celebrated violinists. For her latest Aria nominated album, Migrating Bird, she uses her voice for the first time, singing songs as an offering to nature.
Take a walk with Véronique and her band, close your eyes and listen deeply. Special guest William Barton joins this intimate and personal musical experience, bringing the haunting sounds of the yidaki/didgeridoo.
Now this intimate and personal musical experience is brought to the stage with music that has been compared to the early work of Laurie Anderson, Migrating Bird offering a night of deep listening.
Véronique will be joined by Richard Daniell on drums/ percussion and Sam Pankhurst on double bass
