Jennifer Black is an award-winning author, artist, visionary, and breath alchemist. She is the creatress of The World of We Are One and The Art of Breath, offering conscious content that illuminates the heart and unifies humanity.
Deeply committed to wholeness, Jennifer’s work is rooted in honouring the fundamental nature of reality. For her, breath is both a medicine and a guide: "Breath is a portal of the self, through the self, to the self.”

Each element, with its unique energy, contributes to a harmonious sense of balance, well-being, and inner alignment.
More than just a practice, this journey is a prayer, a blessing, and a profound knowing of love.
Preparation: Please fast for at least 4 hours before the session (no food).
