The Vermeer Charitable Foundation invites you to an all-day chaplain networking and educational event.
Rev. Dr. Alan "Blues" Baker will be presenting at the Vermeer Charitable Foundation's Chaplain Connect conference. This conference will focus on the ministry of chaplains in the work place, in hospitals, in the military, in education, and more. The registration required event will be held at the Vermeer Global Pavilion, 2110 Vermeer Road East, Pella, IA 50219 with check in beginning at 8:30 a.m. Baker will provide three modules based on the theme, "Navigating the Curents of 21st-Century Chaplaincy," with time for small group & large group discussion between each session. The event will conclude at 3:45 p.m. The registration fee is $50 if registering on or before April 13, 2026. After that, the fee increases to $60. Lunch, snacks, and coffee are provided.
