🌙 A temple-inspired oil ritual of blessing, release, and renewal.
As the moon moves through her final waning crescent before the coming new moon, the night sky enters one of its most mystical phases. Ancient traditions recognized this time as a moment for release, purification, and spiritual preparation before the birth of a new cycle.
🌟 During this same time in the heavens, Venus shines brightly as the Evening Star and continues her great spiral dance with the Earth — a cosmic rhythm long associated with awakening the heart and the unfolding potential of human consciousness.
This ceremony honors that quiet turning.
Participants will be guided through a self-anointing ritual, applying sacred essential oils to the body’s energy centers (chakras). Oils may be applied physically or offered intentionally above the chakra, allowing each person to work in the way that feels most natural and comfortable.
🕊 The ritual draws inspiration from the temple traditions of Isis, where sacred oils were used in ceremonies of blessing, purification, and awakening. Elemental offerings are inspired by imagery preserved in the hieroglyphic temple reliefs associated with her lineage.
🌿 In the temples of Isis, sacred oils were regarded as vessels of divine intelligence. Priestesses used them to awaken the subtle energy centers of the body, restore harmony between spirit and form, and assist initiates in amplifying their capacity to serve as living bridges between heaven and earth.
Through sound, stillness, and guided presence, the oils become a doorway for releasing tension, restoring balance, and inviting deeper alignment between body, heart, and spirit. The evening unfolds slowly, allowing time for ritual, reflection, and integration.

🌙 Arrival & Temple Etiquette
Temple doors will open from 5:45–6:00 pm for arrival.
At 6:00 pm the doors will be closed so the ceremony may begin in stillness.
Participants are invited to enter in sacred silence and gently settle into the space before the ceremony begins.
To preserve the atmosphere of presence and sanctuary:
• Please leave large bags and cell phones in your car
• All ceremonial materials will be provided
