That’s why 32 West Eighth, WE Weddings, and Jake Swan Photos have teamed up to host Vendors Only! An unforgettable night designed exclusively for the people who bring wedding days to life.
Before the season fills with timelines and deadlines… we’re pressing pause to celebrate us.
This is your invitation to step out from behind the scenes and into the spotlight. So, photographers, planners, DJs, florists, venue teams, caterers, beauty pros, etc. bring your team, bring your spouse, bring your energy. This night is for the creatives, the coordinators, the problem-solvers, and the party-starters of the NW PA wedding world.
What to Expect
The evening begins with elevated food stations and appetizers showcasing exciting new menu creations from Cali's West Catering inviting you to mix, mingle, and ease into the celebration. From there, gather around a uniquely designed bar featuring craft cocktails, mocktails, local wines, and local beers. The kind of drinks worthy of the people who usually serve them.
As the night unfolds, we’ll transition into a live panel with wedding professionals from multiple markets sharing where they see the wedding industry heading next. Stay tuned as panelists are revealed on social media.
Then the lights shift, the volume rises, and the dance floor opens, music and energy carrying us through the night with Erie Encore Entertainment. Along the way, step into interactive photo moments and curated experiences layered throughout the evening, designed to surprise and inspire.
And just when you think you’ve seen it all, save room for a dessert experience you won’t see coming; an interactive cannoli station that’s as fun as it is unforgettable.
We’re also spotlighting fresh ideas, innovative offerings, and the creativity pushing our local wedding community forward; because this night isn’t just a party, it’s a celebration of what we’re building together.
