5th Annual - A Gift from the Heart!
Join us for an enchanting evening at the 5th Annual A Gift from the Heart on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at the Citiside Community Center. This event celebrates community, love, and the power of literacy while supporting the NHBW Queen City Chapter’s Health and Literacy Programs.
Vendor Details:
- Setup Time: 5:30–6:30 PM
- Open to the Public: 6:30–7:00 PM (for non-attendees to support vendors)
- Event Start Time: 7:00 PM sharp
Each author will have 10 minutes to introduce themselves, share about their book, and even read an excerpt. Following a delicious buffet-style meal at 8:00 PM, enjoy a relaxed evening of chill and dancing from 9:00–10:00 PM, where you can return to your table to sell your books.
Tickets:
- Early Bird Vendor Ticket: $45 (available until January 19, 2025, at midnight)
- General Vendor Ticket: $50
- Assistant Ticket: Save $5 on their ticket.(a ticket is required for your assistant and must be purchased separately)

Registration Deadline:
All vendors must register by January 31, 2025.
Important Information:
Vendors may invite one assistant and must provide a headshot and a short bio (up to four lines) about themselves or their book. Please send all materials to promptly. Once registration is complete and your bio with a headshot is sent, we will provide social media advertisements and the official event flyer to help promote the event.
This is a fantastic opportunity to connect with the community, showcase your work, and contribute to a cause that empowers literacy. Proceeds from this unforgettable evening will directly support our literacy programs.
