Vendor Setup Time: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
All vendors must be fully set up by 10:30 AM.

Breakdown Time: 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM

This event is designed to provide culturally responsive health education, maternal health resources, community support, and maternal care kit giveaways to Black mothers and families.

Vendor Information:

• Each vendor will be provided:

• Two chairs
• One 6-foot rectangular table

• Vendors may distribute educational materials, resources, and promotional items.

• Vendors may NOT sell products or conduct cash exchanges during the event.

• Vendors must remain present at their table throughout the event unless prior arrangements are approved.

This is a community-centered event focused on education, resources, and advocacy. We look forward to collaborating with organizations aligned with improving maternal health outcomes for Black women and families.
