Vendor booth registration for Friday, the June 12, 2026 IPSSA Sarasota Chapter Pool Show registration. Purchase your tables and/or sponsorships at "Get Tickets". Remember you will also be required to contribute products or gift cards towards the raffle (minimum $50 value for each company represented at your booth please).
Set up is from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Vendors should be completely set up and at their booth by 3:30 p.m. Three FREE classes will be offered from 3:30 to 6:30 p.m. (in the Sahara room). Show hours are from 4 to 8 p.m. Remember to register your sales team for admission under "Get Tickets" listed as the last ticket item. When registering the sales team, make sure to include their emails (not the corporate office emails) so they receive the important informational emails from us weeks leading up to the show.
Vendors that have purchased their tables and/or sponsorships by Thursday, May 1st will be listed on the promotional posters. Vendors will be listed in order of purchases received. Vendors that purchase their tables and/or sponsorships after May 1st will be listed in our show's promotional emails. We update the list as they come in. We want to promote your companies!
Sponsorships opportunities are available ranging from $100 to $500 as well as Table(s) and Sponsorship combo specials available. See "Get Tickets" for more details. Email Eli Delacruz, [email protected] if you don't see what you need.
Proceeds go to our communities' non-profits including the Swim Fund to provide swim lessons at RL Taylor Complex and Lincoln Aquatic Center (located in Manatee and Sarasota Counties). Our goal is to raise another $5000 for the Swim Fund like we did the TWO last year!! Knowing how to swim is the best defense for drowning prevention.
