A Child's Dream-CA is excited to offer you an opportunity to support our efforts during the 2024 Annual Back-to-School Giveaway & Resource Fair for K-12 families Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the Culver City Teen Center. We're seeking dedicated vendors and resource partners who share our passion for supporting students and families as they prepare for the new school year.
What We Offer:
- Connect with hundreds of local families seeking essential resources.
- Showcase your valuable offerings to a receptive audience.
- Be part of a collaborative and community-focused event.
What We're Looking For:
- Partners are aligned with providing essential items for K-12 families (backpacks, school supplies, hygiene products, clothing, healthy snacks, etc.) or community resources.
- Organizations committed to offering free giveaways or informative resources relevant to the Back-to-School theme.
- Enthusiastic representatives with a passion for serving the community.

Selection Process:
To ensure a well-rounded and supportive experience for K-12 families, all potential vendors and resource partners will undergo a second screening phase. This process ensures a good fit with our event's goals and the needs of the community.

Details About the Outreach Event
Date: Saturday, August 3, 2024
Time: 11:00 am until 2:00 pm
Place: Culver City Teen Center at Veterans Memorial Park
4153 South Overland Avenue
Culver City, CA 90230
Exhibitor hours are from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm.
EXHIBITORS MUST STAY UNTIL THE END 2:00 PM.
Set-up time: 8:45 AM (All exhibitors must be set up by 9:50am).
Morning Mandatory Meeting: 10AM (Meeting will begin at 10AM. Learn more about ACD founder, staff, mission, sponsors, volunteer duties, and MORE!)
NOTE: Children 16+ are welcome to volunteer. Children ages 16-17 need to be accompanied by an adult 21+ years old.
Clean-up Time: 2PM-3PM
Parking: Park in the parking lot located on Culver Blvd. (Arrive EARLY to find parking)
