About this Event
Day 1 will consume of a 24-hour fast. If you can't make the full 24 hours, don't feel bad about it. It's a challenge for a reason.
Join me for a Daily Check in Monday through Friday at 9 am Pacific time where you work hands on with me to help you work through struggles & barriers.
Day 2 I will give participants caloric deficit challenge goals tailored to your body type, health goals for the day & each day after.
Day 3-7 Daily Challenge Deficit Goals will reduce overtime to allow more freedom to eat within the new caloric limits .
By the end of this 7 day challenge, we will be celebrating both on & off scale victories
The knowledge & the relationship you have with food will improve if your willing to do the shadow work behind the reasoning of your current eating habits .
