About this Event
· Vendor/exhibitor will have access to the venue no less than 2 hours before the conference event starts to set up. Earlier set-up will be arranged when possible.
· Vendor/exhibitor agrees to have table staffed during each scheduled break, and for one half hour before and after the conference sessions. Vendor shall allow items to be sold only while the table is staffed.
· Vendor/exhibitor shall follow all applicable laws and regulations of St. Cloud, Stearns County and the State of Minnesota, and agrees to abide by all host venue policies.
· Vendor/exhibitor will be appropriately dressed, their appearance will be clean and neat, and shall conduct themselves in an orderly and appropriate fashion.
· No loud or distracting music, noise, and/or sound amplification devices shall be used by vendor/exhibitor during conference workshops or sessions.
· Vendor/exhibitor will have access to the venue until 5:00 PM, Saturday, October 19, 2024, to dismantle and remove all items brought into the venue. Vendor/exhibitor shall leave the location free from trash and in similar condition that it was in before the vendor/exhibitor arrived.
· Vendor/exhibitor agrees to hold the conference host and venue free from any damages or claims that may develop in connection with participating in the above conference event.

· Fee for space is non-refundable after September 30, 2024. (Excluding processing fees.)
