Become a vendor at West Palm’s Christmas Market !
We are looking for vendors of all kinds for our Pop-Up Christmas Market & Vintage Fair.
Focusing on the gift giving time of year, we are looking to have local sellers providing unique and popular gift sized items for those to find!
-Clothes, Jewelry, Customizable Items, Holiday Crafts/Decorations, and of course, vintage goods sellers
Reserve your 10×10 space starting at $75. Vendors will need to bring tables, chairs, and tents if desired. 100% of vendor fees go directly to Bella’s Promise Pet Rescue, 501c3. So, while you’re making money, you’re also giving back.

Rules & Regulations
Approved products include holiday items, antiques, vintage furniture, modern collectibles, and arts and crafts by local artisans and designers. Also welcomed are creative and unique products and selection of vintage and current unique jewelry pieces. Please note you may not switch your inventory anytime after approval of registration without authorization from management. You are approved and accepted based on your submitted application.
- Set up must be finished by 8:45am
- No vehicles will be allowed in vendor spaces after 8:45am
- Please be advised, the sale of food, drinks, flowers, or plants cannot be sold without approval.
- Booth sharing is not permitted
- ONLY 10’x10′ tents with 20lb weights will be accepted for set up
- Vendor products and set up must remain inside boundaries per management
- Appropriate table covers are required and you must clean up at the end. Please bring your own garbage bag.
- No driving stakes into the ground or plant beds. No tying to trees.
- Any damage to property or people is your responsibility as a vendor. Vendor insurance is required.
- Should you need electricity you must bring your own generator
- Must adhere to local and state regulations for sales tax, food, safety, and product origin, as necessary
- No political candidate campaigning or party-specific advocacy
- No businesses classified as Cannabis Dispensaries
